Spring vegies are always such a joy. Fresh flavours, vibrant colours and easy to prepare into something simply delicious.
Carrots and white turnips are a good way of introducing the widely avoided turnip. For some reason unknown to me they seem to of had bad press. I like to get people trying the forgotten and not so popular. Give this recipe a go, add a few of the turnip tops and partner it with a great piece of pork, or roast chicken.
