OLD FASHIONED VEGETABLE SOUP

Nothing sums up comfort better than a pot of warming soup and vegetable soup is fantastic as you can pretty much add all the bits and bobs from your fridge and garden to create a fantastic dinner. This soup is one of those ones you throw it all in a pot and blend until smooth.  Couldn’t get much easier than that!
